As owner of Focus Fitness, my focus is on my clients’ own individual needs, goals, and overall health. My goal is to help you become healthier…loving the way you look afterward is a PERK. I am here to help you learn how to eat, not diet. You will receive a customized meal plan that fits your needs and your taste buds. Everything that I do is customized to each individual client, for your own personal success. Your workout plan is made specifically for YOU and includes every day of training for the whole month so you always know exactly what to do, even if we aren’t meeting that day. My training center is located at 6314 Far Hills Ave in Centerville, OH. I also offer in-home training for those not interested or too busy to join a gym…no need to drive or pay for a babysitter!
