weight-trainingEach “Focus” Package includes a full customized nutrition plan, a 4-week exercise program book each month designed specifically for you and your lifestyle, number of sessions purchased, and all of the support and knowledge you need to succeed! What you can expect: A Consultation is set up to discuss your own personal goals, how much guidance you need, and to determine an approximate date to achieve those goals.  Once that date is known, we will then lay out a plan with small goals to make your journey more manageable and stress-free.  Initial body composition will be done at this time. A Three Month Package is for those who want to achieve specific health goals and are determined to follow a carefully laid out plan that is not only easy to follow, but also shows results with consistent guidance and weekly body composition testing.  The months will be broken down depending on the health and fitness level of the client, starting at their level of fitness to condition the body, then lean muscle gain and additional body fat percentage loss in the last two months.  Direction will be given at the end of the three months on how to continue to stay on the healthy weight loss pattern or maintain their current fitness level. A Six Month Package includes everything from a Three Month Package with so much more.  After the first three months, you continue into your fourth month of toning and shaping the body into a leaner and possibly more athletic build, depending on body fat percentage obtained at that time.  This is where you can focus more on building more muscle tissue in certain areas to accentuate areas you’d like to improve on.  The last two months will continue on similar to the fourth month, with concentration on how you can maintain your new body type in a manageable way that will fit your lifestyle for the rest of your life. ONLINE TRAINING Online training is available for those not living in the Dayton, Ohio area but would still like guidance through Focus Fitness.  Pricing is dependant upon services requested.  Skype is an option for more one-on-one guidance.
